David’s Kitchen is powered by people who care deeply about great food, and one of our newest members to the team is Sharon, our Central Kitchen Manager. If you’ve enjoyed one of our fresh ready meals or tucked into a slice of our now‑famous cheesecakes, you’ve already tasted her work.
Her role at David’s Kitchen brings together years of experience across both restaurants and bakeries. That blend shows in everything she creates, from our expanding range of ready meals to the sweet additions that have quickly become customer favourites.
Outside the kitchen, Sharon is a keen runner and spends her weekends volunteering at parkrun and junior parkrun, bringing the same energy and community spirit she brings to DK every day.

In the kitchen, her inspiration often comes from home. Sharon loves cooking Korean and Asian dishes, with gochujang as her go‑to ingredient. One of her latest dishes is salt and pepper chicken thighs in a gochujang glaze, served with sesame noodles and roasted peppers – a flavour-packed combination that reflects her bold cooking style.

Another dish to hit the menu is the Lamb Jalfrezi: a Scotch lamb slow‑cooked in Sharon’s own jalfrezi recipe, served with basmati rice. It’s already proving popular thanks to its tender texture, depth of flavour and just the right amount of kick.
Sharon’s creativity continues to shape the food you see on our counters every day – and there’s plenty more to come.
